Grandma Enid went to Heaven today. Here is a sweet email that my mom wrote.

Dear Family and Friends.
There is a song by William Bradbury and Charitie Bancroft called Before the Throne of Gd Above. The last stanza reads:
Behold Him there the risen Lamb,
My perfect spotless righteousness,
The great unchangeable I AM,
The King of glory and of grace,
One in Himself I cannot die.
My soul is purchased by His blood,
My life is hid with Ch on high,
With Ch my Svr and my Gd!
My mom believed in the Son, The Risen Lamb, and we believe that He is sovereign and knows our days, our comings and goings, that our life is “hid with Him on high.”
My mom went Home (she has wanted to for a long time) today at 11:30 a.m., after a short but intense battle with pneumonia.
We loved her very much and will miss her. Thank you all for your pr-ers on her behalf.
We are considering having a memorial in Saginaw to honor her the week of December 15th. We then would have a memorial service in Lansing at a later date when my brother from Louisiana can attend. We will communicate details once plans are set.
Love,
Ellen and Mark.
